Steps
- 1Under Apply on the Jeonbuk Workation site, choose a region (14 cities and counties) and programme, then a date — bookings are 2-night units, at least one week ahead, excluding blocked dates
- 2Enter the booker’s details (name, company, business registration number, companions) to submit a waitlisted booking; staff check room availability and reply within 48 business hours
- 3Send your eligibility documents to the operator’s email given on the page (file name “2026 Jeonbuk Workation documents_representative name”)
- 4Once confirmed, pay the participation fee by bank transfer as the customer centre instructs to complete the booking
Required documents
- Companies, groups and employees: national insurance certificate or certificate of employment (groups of 10+ may use an official letter)
- Contract workers: one of a labour or service contract, the last 3 months’ pay slips, or the last 3 months’ salary deposit records
- Small business owners and freelancers: one of a business registration certificate, labour-provision confirmation, fee or commission statement, or business-income withholding receipt
Things to watch
- Up to 15 days before the booking date you can change dates, cancel and get a full refund; guest names can change up to 3 days before. Cancelling the day before or on the day is non-refundable
- Ask the customer centre to add guests. Cash receipts and tax invoices are available
