Steps

1. 1Apply through the Naver Form linked in the notice — applications run 8 Jun–27 Nov 2026 (13:00), about 250 places, closing early once full
2. 2The foundation checks your documents and confirms participation — the application is an eligibility review, and final confirmation depends on availability for your dates
3. 3Book and pay yourself for an official partner stay (hotel, resort, pension, hanok stay etc.) and partner activities selected by the foundation
4. 4Before your stay, visit the pickup point (weekdays: Cheongpumgo in Yeongdeok-eup / weekends: Blue Road rest stop) for a briefing and welcome kit, and take participation photos during the stay including 1–2 photos of you working
5. 5Afterwards submit the settlement form on Naver Form with receipts and booking records, complete the survey and post a review on your own social media; support is paid after settlement

Required documents

• Proof of employment or income (employees, freelancers, sole proprietors) — the notice only lists a “document check” step; the exact documents are specified in the Naver Form
• For settlement: lodging receipt (per room), activity booking, payment records and receipts, and work and participation photos. For family activity support, a family relation certificate or resident register extract (last digits may be removed) plus photos of actual participation

Things to watch

• Open to employees, freelancers and sole proprietors living outside Yeongdeok (Yeongdeok addresses are excluded), minimum 2 nights, individual applications (family may join). Excluded: industries outside the SME Workforce Support Act Article 3, closed or suspended businesses, businesses flagged by financial institutions, and businesses involved in public scandals
• Lodging support is 50% of the partner-stay rate (up to ₩40,000 per day, up to 4 nights); activity support is up to ₩30,000 per person (settled afterwards, no refund of unused balance). One room is supported once per lodging receipt, even for a couple sharing it
• Family activity support covers up to 4 people including the applicant with proof of relationship; friends and acquaintances are not covered and must apply separately
• All support is settled afterwards and only for partner stays and activities. Transport, meals, personal travel costs, cancellation fees and personal travel insurance are your own expense
• Weekday (Mon–Fri) stays are recommended. Forged or false documents cancel selection; documents are not returned. You may be asked to allow use of photos and reviews for promotion
