We never add training, drinking or strenuous activities by default. Public support programs apply separately, once your company’s eligibility and process are confirmed.
How we check places and put a proposal together
We confirm purpose, headcount, departure area, timing, length and budget.
We check rooms, desks and meeting space your whole team will use, the on-site contact, and change and cancellation terms directly with each venue.
We send a proposed set-up and costs, listing venue, stay and activity costs separately from Wakation’s planning and coordination fee.
Once confirmed, we help with scheduling and on-site coordination.
What we have run ourselves
Wakation ran a workation in Yangyang ourselves and publishes the operating record and participant responses. We prepare stays, workspaces, training and activities with suitable partners and handle what needs our own hands.
